2. Can I change or cancel my order?

We begin processing orders immediately to ensure quick fulfillment, so cancellations or changes can only be made within 24 hours of placing the order. If you wish to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at service@taoe.com.

After the 24-hour window, we may not be able to modify or cancel the order.
