1. How long does shipping take?

We offer free standard shipping on all orders. Once your custom-made bracelet or product is ready, shipping typically takes 3-10 business days.

: After processing, we use UPS Express Shipping, which delivers within 3-10 business days.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and local customs.

2. Can I change or cancel my order?

We begin processing orders immediately to ensure quick fulfillment, so cancellations or changes can only be made within 24 hours of placing the order. If you wish to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at service@taoe.com.

After the 24-hour window, we may not be able to modify or cancel the order.

3. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We offer international shipping to most countries. However, please be aware that you may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon delivery. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

For international orders, please also note that the shipping time may vary depending on the destination country.

4. How do I measure my wrist for the perfect bracelet?

To ensure the perfect fit, measure your wrist closely to your hand, just above the bone. Use a flexible measuring tape or a piece of string. For instructions on how to measure your wrist correctly, please check out our Size Guide page.
